  • Not at all! You can have full meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and I will provide simple recipes for you to try. You an also keep going with your own recipes as long as they are healthy! Your body will feel nourished from the inside out. This program is not about starvation or deprivation, and we are not counting calories or dwelling on carbs. You will feel satisfied with every bite. If you do get hungry, there are tools that you can use to teach your body to recognize hunger as a sign of good digestion and not a cause for worry or stress.

  • Please workout during the program! If you feel tired or have low energy, gentle exercise restores both strength and energy. You will be eating enough protein and drinking plenty of liquids, so if you’re already exercising, there’s no reason to stop! You may feel like you want to embrace a call to slow down or take a pause in the middle of the reset. But if you don’t feel that way - you can keep moving! It is important to remember that whenever you change the foods you eat your body changes as well. Please consult with your doctor if you have any specific concerns about your health. 

  • No way! While there are some juices and smoothies for you to choose from, you will be eating regular - but cleaning- meals,  and even desserts that are delicious,  nutritious,  and will eliminate toxins from your body in a safe and natural way. 

  • Not in this program!! The only supplement I recommend that everyone take on a daily basis is a multi vitamin. And if you tend to be constipated or want to aid the natural detox process a little further there is an amazing herbal supplement for that, and you’ll learn about it in the program.

  • Yes! If you are nursing, I suggest that you add at least 4-6 ounces of protein at lunch and dinner, boost your morning meal with extra protein as well. Make sure you are consuming extra fat and drinking enough liquids. This program does not include any detox-provoking agents, but again, please consult with your doctor before starting this program if you have any health concerns.

  • As a result of the reset are going to feel so healthy and energized it will amaze you! In the beginning, your body may go through a “detox phase” to re-balance and let go of toxicity and sometimes that results in fatigue and an occasional headache (especially when you’re letting go of sugar caffeine). It is important to listen to your body through this program, and I will be here to support you with that. I will guide you step by step through exactly what can be done to reduce any unwanted symptoms that may appear. This program is completely flexible for figuring out what works for YOU! 

  • I have 2 answers here. First - many people who eat very “clean” already still have room to empty out the pipes with a detox and take their healthy habits to the next level. Changing up and simplifying the foods we eat AND changing our eating PATTERN gives our digestion time to rest and reset, which can be helpful for anyone regardless of their current eating habits.  And Second - this reset is not just focused on food. It is as much about releasing physical toxins as it is about letting your mental and emotional ‘body’ get a reset.

  • Some people go through this program and feel nothing but energized, while others may feel tired or light-headed as their bodies eliminate and let go of unnecessary toxins. The experience will differ from one person to the next, but this program is designed with that in mind, and you’ll have access to all the tools you need to keep any unwanted symptoms at bay. 

  • While this program is based on eating only whole foods and is not a fast, it is still advised that you consult your physician before beginning this or any program

  • You don't have to make any changes to your diet before the reset starts (unless you are inspired to do so, then go ahead!)

    1. Preparation: A few days before the reset begins, I'll send you specific steps to prepare. This will include a short list of recommended food items to have on hand, as well as guides that you can print out if you prefer to have them ready in advance.

    2. Mark Your Calendar: Add the reset dates to your calendar to solidify your commitment to personal self-care and health. This simple action can help you start feeling the glow of making a positive change.

    3. Reflect on Your Goals: Take some time to think about what you'd like to achieve during the reset. Consider the specific habits you'd like to transform and the deeper "why" behind these goals. This reflection will help you stay focused and motivated.
