I’m Nadya Tkachenko — a holistic health and habit-consistency coach. I work with women 40+ who are dealing with things like inflammation, energy dips, cravings, weight changes, or the frustration of knowing what to do but not being able to stay consistent.

On a personal note, I’m also a mom of four and the founder of a nonprofit in Ukraine that’s been supporting children who’ve lost parents since 2022. So I know firsthand what it means to carry a lot and still want to show up strong and present for the life that matters most.

That’s why I’m passionate about helping women who feel like they’ve “tried it all” — who are tired of piecing together conflicting advice or quietly worrying about health decline. Together, we create simple, sustainable shifts that help you feel confident, energized, and in charge of your health.

The goal? To support a vibrant, fulfilling second half of life where you can show up fully for yourself and the people and work you love.
